摘要 新型球面包络环面蜗杆副是一种以蜗杆、钢珠和蜗轮为主的活齿传动技术。根据传动原理和齿形特征,在考虑摩擦力和摩擦力矩的情况下,以钢珠为分离体进行速度分析和受力分析;在此基础上,推导新型环面蜗杆副的啮合效率计算公式,分析设计参数对效率的影响规律,并通过原型机的效率测试来验证啮合效率公式的可靠性。 Novel toroidal worm- gearing with spherical enveloping element is a kind of movable teeth transmis- sion technology constituted mainly by worm, steel ball and worm gear. According to the transmission theory and the fea- ture of tooth profile, in the situation that the friction and the friction moment are considered, the velocity and the forced action are analyzed by treating the steel ball as the separate object. Based on these, the formula of meshing efficiency is deduced, the effect rules of design parameter on the efficiency are analyzed, and the feasibility of the meshing effi-ciency formula is validated by the efficiency test of the prototype.
