摘要
从加大无偿献血宣传力度;改善环境,强化培训,提高采血服务质量;落实献血后服务,关爱献血者;简化血费返还流程等4方面,介绍了服务式招募在无偿献血中的应用。措施的落实,建立了一支固定的献血者队伍,确保了输血安全。
The application of serviced recruitment in voluntary blood donation was introduced from four aspects： increasing propaganda on voluntary blood donation; improvement of the environment and strengthening the training to improve blood collec- tion service quality ; implementation service after blood donation and caring donors ; simplifying blood cost reimbursement process. Through the implementation of the measures, a fixed blood donors troop was established to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
