摘要
研究了用焦炭从模拟含铅废水中吸附铅。试验结果表明:在焦炭粒度80目、用量0.2g/mL、废水pH为4~5、吸附时间9~12min条件下,废水中铅去除率可达98.7%;吸附过程符合Langmuir等温式和Freun-dlich等温式,以化学吸附为主,物理吸附为辅;吸附穿透体积为40mL,焦炭工作容量为11.25mg/g,饱和容量为903.55mg/g;焦炭经过硝酸浸泡后可再生。
The adsorption Pb2+ from simulation lead-containing wastewater by coke has been researched. The results show that under the conditions of coke particle size of 80 mesh, coke dosage of 0.2 g/mL,wastewater pH of 4~5 and adsorption time of 9~12 min,the Pb2+ removal rate is higher than 98.7 %. The adsorption reaction accords with Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms and chemical adsorption dominant. The penetration Pb2+ is 11. 25 mg/g and saturated adsorption regenerated using nitric acid solution. volume is 35 mL. The coke adsorption capacity for capacity is 903. 55mg/g. The loading coke can beregenerated using nitric acid solution.
