摘要
通过浸渍法制备镧钛和CTMAB改性膨润土吸附剂,探讨改吸附剂对Cr6+的吸附原理,通过实验得到了制备镧钛无机改性和镧钛有机改性膨润土和应用处理含Cr6+废水的最佳条件。结果表明,当Cr6+的平衡浓度为0.5mg/l时,镧钛改性无机膨润土平衡吸附量为1.41mg/g,镧钛改性有机膨润土平衡吸附量为2.43mg/g,是其它除Cr6+吸附剂吸附量的十几倍。从而为含Cr6+废水处理提供了一条高效、经济的新途径。
By means of maceration ,author added La-Ti and CTMAB to the bentonite and prepared a new absorbent, which has the ability, to remove Cr^6+, and discussed adsorption principle of removing Cr^6+. The optimal manufacture process and application conditions of absorbent are found. The results show that when balance concentration of Cr^6+ is 0.5mg/I, balance adsorption quantity of inorgano-bentonite modified by La and Ti is 1.41mg/g and that of organo-bentonite modified by La-Ti and CTMAB is 2.43mg/g. The balance adsorption quantity is more than ten times than that of other sorbents in removing Cr^6+. This method provides a new economical way for the treatment of Cr^6+ from wastewater.
