摘要
目的:建立同时测定复方土茯苓胶囊中落新妇苷和芦丁含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为WatersSymmetry-C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15∶85,V/V),检测波长为291nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为35℃。结果:落新妇苷和芦丁的检测浓度分别在2.00～20.00、47.96～239.80mg·L-1范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r均为0.9999);二者平均加样回收率分别为100.40%和101.51%,RSD分别为1.61%和0.66%(n均为9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于复方土茯苓胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of astilbin and rutin in Compound tufuling capsules. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on a Waters Symmetry-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric （15∶85,V/V） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and UV detection wavelength was at 291 nm and column temperature was 35℃. RESULTS： The linear range of astilbin was 2.00～20.00 mg·L-1（r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 100.40% （RSD=1.61%,n=9）. The linear range of rutin was 47.96～239.80 mg·L-1（r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 101.51% （RSD=0.66%,n=9）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and stable for the quality control of Compound tufuling capsules.
