正交试验优选蒲苓盆炎康胶囊中落新妇苷的提取工艺 被引量:6

Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Astilbin in Puling Penyankang Capsules by Orthogonal Test

摘要 目的:优选蒲苓盆炎康胶囊中落新妇苷提取工艺。方法:以乙醇体积分数、浸渍时间、漉速为因素,以浸膏得率和落新妇苷提取量为指标,设计正交试验优化蒲苓盆炎康胶囊组方药材(土茯苓、川芎、杜仲、三七、车前子)中落新妇苷的提取工艺。结果:最优提取工艺为加2倍量70%乙醇浸渍24 h,再加70%乙醇溶液渗漉,漉速3 ml/min,收集10倍生药量的渗漉液体积。验证试验中浸膏得率分别为6.79%、6.92%、6.84%,均值为(6.85±0.96)%(n=3);落新妇苷提取量分别为39.23、39.67、39.69 mg,均值为(39.53±0.66)mg(n=3)。结论:优化的蒲苓盆炎康胶囊中落新妇苷提取工艺稳定,可操作性强。 OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of astilbin from medicinal herbs in Puling penyankang capsules. METHODS:The extraction technology of astilbin from ingredients(Smilacis glabrae rhizoma,chuanxiong rhizoma,Eucommiae cortex,notoginseng radix et rhizoma,Plantaginis semen)of Puling penyankang capsules was optimized with concentration of ethanol,immersion time and percolation speed as factors,and using the yield of extractum and the extraction amount of astilbin as index. RESULTS:The optimized extraction technology was as follows as 2-fold 70% ethanol,immersed for 24 h,percolated with70% ethanol with percolation speed of 3 ml/min,10-fold percolate volume was colleted. In verification test,the yield of extractum were 6.79%,6.92% and 6.84%,respectively,with average value of(6.85±0.96)%(n=3);the extraction amounts of astilbin were 39.23,39.67 and 39.69 mg,with average value of(39.53 ± 0.66) mg(n=3). CONCLUSIONS:The optimized extraction technology of astilbin in Puling penyankang capsules is stable and practical.
