摘要
以东莞理工学院为例,介绍了高校人事档案管理工作的基本情况,分析了高校人事档案管理方面存在的主要问题,提出了完善管理制度、规范管理程序、丰富档案内容、延伸人事档案功能、加快档案管理信息化建设等解决问题的对策。
This study describes briefly the general situations of personnel file management at Dongguan University of Tech-nology, pointing out the existing problems and proposing a better managing system which can provide better procedures, such as more detailed content and more extended function. Finally it has presented manageable solutions that can step up the construction of profile information.
