摘要
随着我国高等教育改革不断发展与深入,高校人事档案管理作为高校人事管理工作中的一个重要组成部分,其信息化建设成为高校人事档案事业实现可持续发展的必然选择;人事档案信息化建设的推进,将为整个高校的改革与发展提供及时、准确、高效的信息依据,积极推动高校各项事业的顺利开展。
With the development of the higher education reform, the informatization construction of the administration of dossier in universities has become a necessary choice to realize its sustainable develclxrent, as it plays a very important role in university personnel managerment. The advancanent of the inforrmtization construction of dcssier will provide the reform and development of all universities a prompt, accurate, and effective information basis, and positively impels every aspect of the university to a smooth development.
