摘要
以新型铁碳微电解材料处理甲基橙模拟废水,考察了各因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,在曝气量0.4 L/min、反应时间2 h、进水pH值为4、材料投加量为0.15 kg/L时,甲基橙模拟废水的CODCr和色度去除率分别达到85%和98%以上,处理效果明显优于传统铁炭法,CODCr和色度去除率分别高出29和23个百分点,而且新型材料的重复利用率较高。
A novel micro-electrolytic iron carbon material was used to treat methylene orange simulated wastewater, the factors affecting the treatment effect were discussed. The results showed that when the Aer- ation quantity was 0.4 L/rain, the reaction time was 2 h, the influent pH value was 4, the material dosage was 0.15 kg/L,the removal rates of CODCr and colority in the simulated wastewater reached above 85% and 98% respectively. The comparison results of traditional iron-carbon process with the said novel process showed that, using the latter one to treat printing and dyeing wastewater could get a better effect, which was represented by the following aspects:the removal rates of CODer and colority were 29% and 23% higher respectively,and repeated utilization of new materials is higher.
