摘要
以L-丙交酯为原料,辛酸亚锡和三苯基膦为催化体系,利用双螺杆挤出机快速制备具有一定分子量的聚乳酸。研究了聚合时间、聚合温度、螺杆转速以及催化剂含量对聚合产物性质的影响。结果表明,在双螺杆转速110 r/min,聚合温度170℃,单体与催化剂摩尔比为2 000:1条件下,聚合1.5 h,能获得粘均分子量约为4.9万、光学纯度达到93%的聚乳酸。
The poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) was rapidly synthesized from L-lactide (L-LA) by using 2- ethylhexanoic acid tin(II) salt and triphenylphosphine as the catalyst system and using a twin-screw ex- truder as a reactor. The effects of the polymerization time, polymerization temperature, the screw speed and the catalyst content on polymer properties were investigated. The results showed that when the twin-screw speed was 110 r/min, the polymerization temperature was 170 ℃, the molar ratio of monomer/catalyst was 2 000 : 1 and the polymerization time was 1.5 h, the PLLA polymer with a molecular weight of about 49 000 and optical purity of 93% could be obtained.
