反应挤出原位合成聚己内酯型聚氨酯 被引量:2

In-situ synthesis of poly(ε-caprolactone) polyurethane by reactive extrusion

摘要 以过量聚乙二醇(PEG)改性得到的烷氧基钛混合物为引发剂和催化剂,且控制烷氧基钛混合物中羟基与物料4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)中异氰酸酯基的摩尔数相等,在反应温度为190℃、螺杆转速为100r/min的条件下,采用双螺杆挤出机使ε-己内酯(CL)原位反应挤出制备了相对分子质量分布较窄的聚己内酯型聚氨酯(PCLU)。探讨了原位反应机理,并研究了PCLU的结构与性能。结果表明,反应体系中几乎所有CL单体都参与了聚合反应;通过调节反应体系中CL相对于PEG的浓度,可合成几种聚己内酯(PCL)链段平均长度不同的PCLU;当PCL链段平均长度从20增加到35时,聚合物的拉伸强度表现出上升趋势。 The poly(ε-caprolactone)polyurethane(PCLU)with narrow relative molecular mass distribution was in-situ synthesized in twin-screw extruder from ε-caprolactone(CL),4,4 -diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)with a titanium alkoxide mixture as initiator and catalyst.The titanium alkoxide mixture was generated from excessive PEG through modification reaction.During the reactive extrusion,the mole of hydroxyl group in the titanium alkoxide mixtures was equal to that of the isocyanate group of MDI.The reaction tempera...
