摘要 神经生长因子(NGF)是神经营养素/因子家族中发现最早、研究最深入的神经生长调节因子,通过其受体介导在神经系统和非神经系统发挥生物学效应。溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一病因未明但与肠道免疫异常有关的炎性疾病,NGF及其受体在UC时表达上调,可以发挥抗炎的保护性作用。NGF通过调控免疫细胞活性、参与炎症反应而发挥抗炎作用。将外源性NGF用于UC进行实验性治疗,可能是一种有益的探索,有可能为UC的治疗提供新的思路。 Nerve growth factor(NGF),one of nerve growth regulatory factors in neurotrophin/factor family,effects biologically in nervous and non-nervous systems through its receptors-mediated transmission of information.Ulcerative colitis(UC)is an inflammatory disease,the pathogensis of which is still unknown but related to abnormal intestinal immunity.NGF and its receptor,up-regulated in UC,play a protective role in anit-inflammation.It is though up-regulating the activity of immune cells and involving in inflammatory response that NGF plays an anti-inflammatory part.Exogenous NGF in UC experimental treatment may be a useful exploration providing a new idea for UC treatment.
