摘要
"天人合一"是中国古代重要的哲学思想,反映了古人对人与自然关系的朴素认识。人必须敬畏天地,感恩天地。企业作为由人构成的组织是复合生态系统的重要组成部分,企业的生产经营行为不仅影响企业自身的利益,还影响社会公众利益及自然生态的平衡。当今不少企业只知自身的"赢利",甚至是"唯利是图",而不知与利益相关者共赢,与自然生态共生,这是十分有害的。事实上,企业承担生态责任不仅是严峻的环境与资源形势等外生力量所迫,也受企业可持续发展等内生力量的驱使。企业从不讲道德不承担社会责任,到加强伦理建设,勇于承担生态责任是促进企业与复合生态系统和谐的必然选择。这要求企业树立生态伦理观,实施企业生态工程,加强生态文化建设,切实履行企业生态责任。
As the ancient Chinese philosophy, the theory of harmony between the heaven and human reflects the ancients＇ simple understanding of the relationship between man and nature, and the human beings must fear and owe the heavens at the same time. Enterprise is the important part of complex ecosystem which is constituted by the people, and the production and operation of enterprises not only affect their own interests, but also affect the interests of the public and the natural ecological balance. It is very harmful that many enterprises prefer their own profit instead of the symbiosis with the natural ecology. In fact, the ecological responsibility of the enterprises is not only from the exogenous forces such as serious environmental and resource situation, but also from the endogenous forces such as sustainable development of enterprises. It is inevitable choice for the enterprises to develop and promote harmonious enterprise and complex ecosystem from not assuming social responsibility to strengthen the ethical construction and take ecological responsibility. And these require enterprises to establish ecological ethics, implement enterprise ecological engineering, strengthen ecological and cultural construction, and earnestly fulfill ecological responsibility.
