摘要
介绍了汉麻织物的低碳环保特性,以及在低碳、环保、可持续原则下进行的纤维加工技术的改进,指出:汉麻是一种生态友好、极具开发价值的纤维资源,具有吸湿排汗、抗菌、抗紫外线等特性;在不影响汉麻性能的前提下,采用柔软、韧性较好的纤维与之混纺,可以改善面料外观,提高可纺性。通过对不同汉麻混纺纱线的成分、线密度和混纺比的试验,筛选出适合针织用的汉麻混纺纱线,开发出汉麻针织短裤、运动服等系列功能性针织产品。性能测试结果表明:汉麻针织面料手感柔软、无刺痒、不伤皮肤、卫生性好,洗涤干燥快,具有良好的穿着舒适性。
This paper introduces low carbon environmental protection property of hemp fiber fabric and the improvement of fiber process technology under low carbon,environmental protection and sustainability principles.It shows that hemp is eco-friendly and valuable fiber which bears moisture absorbing,sweat transferring,anti-bacterial and anti-ultraviolet ray properties.Hemp can blend with soft and flexible fibers to improve fabric appearance and spinnability without impacting the property of hemp.According to the different hemp blended yarn composition,linear density and blended ratio test,screen out hemp blended yarn suitable for knitting,this paper develops hemp knitted shorts,sportswear and series of functional knitted products.The property test results show that: hemp knitted fabrics possess soft touch,no itchy,no harm to skin,hygienical property,fast washing and drying,and good wearing comfort.
