摘要
目的:建立冠心康颗粒中丹参酮IIA的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱:Shim-pack VP-ODS C1(84.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:270 nm;柱温:35℃;进样量:10μL。结果:丹参酮IIA进样量在0.00710-0.0781μg,与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.5%,RSD%为1.6%。结论:该方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于冠心康颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining The Contents of Tanshinone IIA in Guanxinkang Granule. Methods: The RP-HPLC was applied, with chromatography consisted of CI8 chromato bar (4.6 mmx250 mm, 5 μm), mo- bile phase of 1.0 mL/min formaldehyde-water (75:25), detection wavelength of 270 nm, column temperature at 35 C and the sample size of 10μL. Results: Tanshinone IIA displayed a good linear correlation at the range of 0.00710-0.0751 μg(r= 0.9998), The average recovery was 97.5%; and RSD% was 1.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate for the quality control of Guanxinkang Granule.
