摘要
鉴于学术界对当代美国著名认知心理学家、教育家科尔伯格的"道德发展阶段"理论作性状描述和数量测评较多,而对其作实质性的分析和运用不足的状况,在深入阐释"道德发展阶段"理论的基础上,从高校德育的角度,结合当前我国大学生道德实际,积极吸纳这一理论的"合理内核"即"道德发展三种水平六个阶段"学说,尤其是其中的第三阶段(后习俗水平道德阶段)的"人生影响"的同时,将这个"合理内核"实际运用于我国高校德育理论与方法的创新研究,并从德育理念创新、学生需求定位、教师角色转换和环境优化四个方面思考和构建了新时期高校德育的方法策略体系。
Kohlberg is a famous American cognitive psychologist and educator, whose theory of morality de- velopment phases are described and quantitatively evaluated by the academic circle in a large scale but lacks qualitative analysis and operation. This thesis, based on a thorough interpretation of his theory of morality development phases and from the perspective of ideological education, combining present college students~ morality, actively absorbs the reasonable core of this theory--the three levels and six phases of morality development, especially the third phase's life influence (post convention level phase). This reasonable core is applied to the innovation research of China^s college ideological education theory and methods. The strategic system of university ideological education in new era should be constructed from such aspects as innovation of ideological concept, location of students ~ needs, changes of teachers ~ roles and optimization of the environment.
