摘要
膜生物流化床(MBFB)是将传统生物流化床与膜生物反应器(MBR)有机结合的产物。试验采用MBFB处理城市污水,考察了载体投加量和曝气强度对MBFB系统气含率和污染物去除的影响。结果表明,载体投加量及曝气强度过高或过低均会对系统传质效果和污染物去除产生不利影响。载体投加量为10%,曝气强度为47.7 L(/m.2h),对应气水体积比为12:1时,MBFB系统能取得较好的传质效果和污染物去除效果。
Membrane biological fluidized bed (MBFB) was a brand new technology combining membrane bioreactor(MBR) with conventional biological fluidized bed for municipal sewage treatment. The test used MBFB to treat municipal sewage, the effect of the carder dosage and aeration intensity on gas holdup and pollutant removal of the MBFB system were investigated. Results indicated that the carrier dosage and aeration intensity too high or too low would militate against the mass transfer and removal efficiency. MBFB had good mass transfer and high removal efficiency when the cartier dosage was 10% and the aeration intensity was 47.7 L/(m^2·h), and corresponding gas-water ratio was 12:1.
