摘要
针对前人应用的三相内循环流化床作了结构上的优化和创新,并制作了9套新型内循环生物流化床反应器处理油脂废水,分别考察了处理废水过程中载体、水力停留时间、pH值、水力负荷、曝气量等操作因素对处理效果的不同影响。研究表明,该新型流化床处理油脂废水的最佳操作条件为:陶粒为最佳载体,pH值6.8—7.8,水力停留时间2.5—3.7 h,曝气量1.0—1.6 L/min,在油脂质量浓度较大时有必要适当添加表面活性剂增加其生物降解程度。该生物流化床具有很强的抗水力负荷及油脂质量浓度负荷冲击能力。
The three-phase internal circulation fluidized beds were optimized and innovated through reviewing the related literature, data and accumulating practical operational experience. 9 sets of new type reactors with internal biological circulation fluidized beds (ICBFB) were manufactured and used in axunge wastewater treatment. The effects of different factors such as carrier, hydraulic retention time (HRT) , pH value, waterpower load and gas flux on treatment were investigated. The experiment indicates that the optimum operation conditions for oil wastewater with ICBFB are as follows: keramics is the best biocarrier, the value of pH is 6.8-7.8, HRT is 2.5-3.7 h, and gas flux is 1.0-1.6 L/min. The surface-active reagent should be added when the oil mass concentration is higher so as to improve biodegradation. This ICBFB can resist effectively waterpower load compact and oil mass concentration load compact.
