摘要
对两面针茎尖的诱导产生完整再生植株的一系列过程进行了研究。目的:建立适用于两面针组培快繁的技术体系,为工厂化生产和种质资源保护提供依据和手段。方法:剪取两面针不同组织器官作为外植体,通过不同外植体处理方法对比,接种于不同配方的培养基中进行比对试验,从中筛选出最佳的实验方案。结果:用幼苗茎尖作为外植体接种于MS+6-BA3.0 mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L的培养基中能较好地诱导出芽,并成功地完成再生植株的增殖和生根培养。
Our research focuses on how to culture entire regenerated plantlets from induced meristems of Zanthoxylum nitidum. Objective: to establish a technique system of tissue culture and rapid propagation ofZanthoxylum nitidum, and further provide advice for industrial production and protection of germplasm resources. Methods: with different tissue or organs of Zanthoxylum nitidu- mas explants cultured in different growth media for comparison experiments to select optimum ex- perimental scheme. Results: using meristems of young plants as explants cultured in MS+6- BA3.0mg/L + NAA0.3mg/L medium is the best way for inducing meristems, and it successfully achieved the growth and rooting culture of regenerated plantlets.
