摘要
企业资源与企业创新绩效之间存在紧密的联系,创新性地提出资源保障系统概念,在界定了各种研究变量的内涵与维度后,以资源整合为中介变量,建立资源保障系统、资源整合与创新绩效三者之间关系的理论模型,探究企业资源整合如何影响资源保障系统对企业创新绩效的作用机制。
It is exist that the close links between enterprise resources and enterprise innovation performance, and this paper put forward innovative concept of resources and support systems. Connotations and dimensions of the various research variables are defined as mediating variables by the integration of resources, the theoretical model is established among the relationship of the resources support systems, resource integration and innovation performance. It is explore the affect mechanism for innovative performance with enterprise resource integration though the resources support systems.
