摘要
创业激情是创业活动的关键驱动力;但是,目前对于创业激情的研究却相对滞后。本文在梳理国外创业激情研究文献的基础上,界定了创业激情的内涵与维度,回顾了创业激情研究的主要议题,分析现有研究存在的不足,尝试性地构建了一个创业激情研究整合框架,并对未来研究进行了展望。
Entrepreneurial passion is a key driving force of entrepreneurial activities, but the research of entrepreneurial passion lags behind relatively. Based on a review of foreign literature of en- trepreneurial passion, this paper defines the connotation and dimensions of entrepreneurial passion, reviews the main topics of entrepreneurial passion research, analyzes the defects in the existing research, tentatively constructs an integrated framework of entrepreneurial passion research, and makes prospects for future research.
