摘要
目的了解南华大学学生专业满意度及其影响因素,为提高我校教学质量提出相关建议。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,选择南华大学549名学生进行自制式问卷调查。结果不同性别、不同专业之间的学生专业满意度状况差异无统计学意义(t=0.84,0.34;P>0.05);不同培养层次的学生专业满意度状况差异有统计学意义(t=-2.6,P=0.009),二本的学生比三本的学生专业满意度高。不同年级之间的学生专业满意度状况差异也有统计学意义:大一、大二相比大三、大四的专业满意度要高,大五对专业满意度有所回升。高考志愿的决策者和高考志愿的录取结果对专业满意度有一定影响(χ2=16.94,23.08;P<0.05),而高考填报志愿考虑的因素对专业满意度没有影响(χ2=12.06,P>0.05)。南华大学大部分在校本科生对所学专业较满意,满意度为96.5%。结论南华大学在校本科生对所学专业满意度较高。
Objective To evaluate the satisfaction for specialty of students in University of South China and its influencing factors,so as to improve the education quality by rational advice.Methods By stratified random sampling,549 students from four departments in different grades were administered to finish the self-compiled scale.Results There were no significant differences in the satisfaction degree between different genders and specialties,while significant differences were found between diverse training levels and grades.Students of the second training level were more pleased with their specialty than those of independent college.Freshmen and sophomore were more content with their specialty than juniors and seniors,and the satisfaction degree of the 5th grade students rose again.Satisfaction degree was not influenced by key issues concerned with in insurance choice,but by decision-makers and admission results.96.5% of the students were satisfied with what they were majoring in.Conclusion In University of South China,most of students are satisfied with specialty.
