摘要
冷水机组在大型建筑物空调系统中得到了广泛应用,其故障诊断也受到了广泛关注。本文提出使用压缩机功耗、冷凝器负荷、虚拟蒸发器负荷以及虚拟冷凝器负荷替代蒸发器负荷,组成冷水机组故障诊断新模型,以满足不同参数条件下的故障诊断要求。通过ASHRAE 1043-RP数据的验证,新模型具有很好的预测精度,能够作为冷水机组的故障诊断模型。
Water chiller has been widely used in large building air-conditioning system,and its fault detection and diagnosis has received extensive attention. In this paper, compressor power consumption, condenser load, pseudo evaporator load and pseudo condenser load were used to replace real evaporator load to develop new reference models for fault detection and diagnosis in water chillers, these reference models could satisfy different fault detection and diagnosis requirements under different parameters. All developed reference models had good prediction accuracy through the validation of the data sets of ASHRAE 1043-RP, and could be used as alternative reference models for fault detection and diagnosis in water chillers.
