摘要
目的:分析门急诊输液室护理安全风险,探讨输液室护理风险的防范措施。方法:对照组180例患者选择常规的护理方式,治疗组200例患者在常规护理的基础上对输液室所产生或者潜在的护理安全风险进行分析与研究,同时制定出科学、合理的护理防范措施。结果:对照组与观察组皆出现一定的护理安全风险,其中,在生理功能方面的差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05),在心理状态、环境以及社会关系等方面的差异明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者满意率为83.33%,治疗组患者的满意度为99.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在输液室护理过程中,护理人员应认真分析存在的护理风险,认真执行相关的护理操作,掌握防范的护理措施,才能提高输液室的护理质量,确保患者的生命安全。
Objective：Analysis of outpatient transfusion room nursing safety risk,explore nursing measures to guard against the risk of transfusion room.Methods：180 patients as control group selection of conventional nursing,the treatment group of 200 cases on the basis of regular nursing transfusion room generated or potential nursing safety risk analysis and research,and to develop a scientific,reasonable nursing measures.Results：In the control group and observation group is a certain nursing safety risk,which,in the physiological function of difference is not apparent,no statistical significance（P0.05）,in psychology,environment and social relations and other aspects of the differences,there is statistical significance（P0.05）;the control group patients satisfaction rate was 83.33%,the treatment group patient satisfaction was 99%,there were statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：The transfusion room nursing process,nursing staff should be a careful analysis of the nursing risk,seriously implement the relevant nursing operation,preventive care measures,can improve the nursing quality of transfusion room,ensure the life safety of patients.
