摘要
新中国成立后,我国政府对于西方在华企业的政策进行了一系列调整,外资企业最终撤出中国。本文利用相关历史文献勾画出建国初期我国外资政策变化的轨迹,进而对其演变的效应进行了分析。研究结果显示,中国基于单一公有制的社会主义经济制度是与西方在华企业不相容的,中西关系的恶化加速了外资企业在华的终结,并由此对中国经济体制的确立及长期经济发展造成深远影响。
After the founding of new China, the government had made a series of adjustments in the policies of westem enterprises in China. As a result, the foreign-funded enterprises withdrew from China. This paper points out the trajectory of the foreign investment policy changes based on the review of the relevant historical literature and further analyzes the effect of the policy evolution on the economy. The results show that the socialist economic system based on a single state ownership was incompatible with the western enterprises in China, and the deterioration of relationship between China and the Western countries accelerated the end of foreign-funded enterprises in China, which had profound influence on the establishment of the Chinese economy system and its long-term eco-nomic development.
