摘要
基于航站楼内的视频监控系统的视频数据,对视频进行预处理。从处理之后的图像中提取人群总数及人群密度。对目标监控区域历史视频和突发事件数据的统计分析,研究正常和非正常两种情况下的人群分布密度与人群外部分布特征,并建立相应的预警规则库。根据预警规则,在人群密度与人群外部聚集特征识别的基础上,对非正常目标密集人群进行识别。根据群集性事件的时空特性,针对不同事件、不同时间、不同地点采用不同的规则进行预警。根据预警信息和机场群体性事件应急预案,给出相关的辅助决策支持建议。
With video data from the terminal' s video surveillance system, video is pretreated, populauon and density of the crowd can be extracted from the processed images. The former videos and emergencies from monito- ring regions are analyzed with statistics, the normal and abnormal densities and characteristics of crowds' external distribution are studied, and the early warning rule base is built, too. With warning rules, on the basis of crowd' s density is identified, the normal crowds' densities and characteristics of crowds' external distribution are identified. According to the temporal characteristics of the mass events, the events are warned with different rules for different events at different time and different areas. According to the warning information and mass events in airports, the relevant decision-supports can be given.
