摘要
近年来航班延误的现象越来越严重,各地航空运输旅客群体性事件频发,造成不同程度的经济损失,甚至扰乱社会秩序、威胁生命安全,如何有效预防群体性事件发生已成为当务之急。构建了航空运输旅客情绪评价指标体系,参考情绪感染量表设计调查问卷。通过测量民航旅客的情绪易感性水平,对调查数据进行因子分析,探究情绪敏感性的影响因素。基于因子分析结果,探究个体事件产生的原因,然后以社会燃烧理论为框架分析群体性事件的形成机理。最后,根据研究结果提出群体性事件的预防策略,包括营造愉快氛围、培养服务意识、建立信息反馈机制和构建情报系统。
This paper is aimed to make an exploration into the mechanism and reasons of the mass incidents so as to provide some effective ways to get rid of such events or at least to reduce them and their negative impacts like the serious social and economic losses and even casualties. Though there have been similar reviews and researches on the topic,it remains nearly unexplored in the field of aviation,particularly lack of the available response from the perspective of passengers and tourists. In regard to the data-oriented point of view,we have interviewed and surveyed hundreds of passengers and accumulated large amounts of data survey through a questionnaire,which is prominently characteristic with the citation of classic Emotional Contagion Scale. Thus,first of all,we have put forward an index emotional evaluation system to explore the influential factors of the emotional reactions of the air-passengers in hoping to measure the emotional susceptibility level of passengers and deal with the data collected through factor analysis.As a result,a lot of amazing and meaningful phenomena has been found,for example,the pleasant and comfortable co-existence with the travel partners can promote friendly get-together with each other. Secondly,through data analysis,a theoretical model has been formulated by us to analyze the reasons and causes of some kinds of irregular behaviors of the passengers to figure out how a regular passenger to make extraordinary behaviors in the open-air conditions. Thus,starting from the fish-bone of the event-tree diagram,we have managed to reproduce the process of the behaviors of the individual passengers to accomplish a comprehensive analysis of the aforementioned behaviors of theirs in a descriptive language faithfully and logically. And,consequently,we have done our investigation and observation on the evolutionary progression of the emergency mass accidents by imitating the social combustion theory.
