摘要
转化医学是近年提出的新概念,其核心是在基础研究和临床应用之间建立起有效的联系。中医体质学把临床实践性放在首要的位置,在对3个关键科学问题"体质可分"、"体病相关"与"体质可调"的研究中,充分体现了转化医学的思想。不仅构建了体质理论体系,而且开发了《中医体质量表》,制定了中医体质的分类与判定标准,使得9种体质分类法可以有效地指导疾病预防、健康管理和临床实践。今后,中医体质学应加强循证研究和多学科交叉合作,建立综合性中医体质转化医学团队,使体质研究能够更准确更迅速地向临床和公共卫生服务转化。
Translational medicine is a concept presented in recent decades,the core of which is to build a bridge between basic medical research and clinical application.From the beginning of constitution of TCM,the clinical application is given priority.Therefore,the idea of translational medicine is fully demonstrated in researches of the three key scientific problems of ＇classification of constitution＇,＇relationship between constitution and disease＇ and ＇adjustment of constitution＇.Under its guidance,not only did the systematic theory of constitution of TCM establish,but also the constitution of Chinese medicine scale and the standards of classification and determination of constitution of Chinese medicine developed,which translates methods of classifying the nine constitutional types into guidance for prevention of disease,management of health and clinical application.The research findings of constitution of TCM have been applied in clinical practice and public health.In the future,constitution of Chinese medicine should strengthen the evidence-based research and multi-disciplinary cooperation,and establish a research team on comprehensive constitution of Chinese medicine and translational medicine,to translate the findings into clinical practice and public health more accurately and quickly.
