摘要
目的探讨中药外洗治疗化疗后末梢神经炎的效果.方法选取本院2019年3月—2021年8月收治的化疗后末梢神经炎患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组.对照组30例采用常规治疗,研究组30例在此基础上采用中药外洗治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果治疗后,研究组的感觉神经毒性程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的倦怠乏力、四肢疼痛、下肢麻木评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的疼痛数字评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的治疗总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论化疗后末梢神经炎患者在常规治疗基础上采用中药外洗治疗,可改善感觉神经毒性程度,减轻中医证候,缓解疼痛,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of external washing with traditional Chinese medicine on peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-chemotherapy peripheral neuritis admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.30 cases in the control group received conventional treatment,and 30 cases in the study group received traditional Chinese medicine external washing treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the degree of sensory neurotoxicity in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fatigue,limb pain and lower limb numbness in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain numerical rating scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 86.67%,which was higher than 63.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine external washing treatment for patients with peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy on the basis of conventional treatment can improve the degree of sensory neurotoxicity,relieve TCM syndrome,relieve pain and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
