摘要
目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激结合情绪释放疗法对肺癌化疗患者的影响.方法:将2018年1月1日~2019年1月1日收治的100例肺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用经皮穴位电刺激结合情绪释放疗法;比较两组骨髓抑制发生率、疲乏程度[采用罗森茨韦格图片-挫折研究(RPFS)评分表]、负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分].结果:两组血小板抑制、血红蛋白抑制发生率无明显变化(P>0.05),观察组白细胞抑制、粒细胞抑制发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组RPFS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预前SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:将经皮穴位电刺激结合情绪释放疗法应用于肺癌化疗患者可有效预防骨髓抑制产生,缓解患者疲劳,减少负性情绪发生.
Objective:To investigate the effects of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with emotional release therapy on patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods: A total of 100 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy admitted to hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with emotional release therapy.The myelosuppression,the weary degree(RPFS),and negative emotions(SAS and SDS) scores were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant change in the incidence of platelet inhibition and hemoglobin inhibition in the two groups( P >0.05).The incidence of leukocyte inhibition and granulocyte inhibition in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05).The RPFS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS were not significantly different between the two groups( P >0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with emotional release therapy in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy can effectively reduce the occurrence of myelosuppression,alleviate the fatigue of patients and decrease the incidence of negative emotions,which is worthy of promoting.
