摘要
科研项目经费已成为高校资金的重要来源之一,本文结合高校科研项目经费财务管理的实际情况,剖析高校科研项目经费财务管理当中存在的主要问题,就如何做好高校科研项目经费的财务管理提出制度创新等对策和建议。
The funds of scientific research projects has become one of the important sources to higher institutions＇ funding, Based on the real situation of higher institutions＇ management of scientific research funds, this paper ana lyzes the main problems existing in higher institutions＇ scientific research project funds＇ management, and puts for ward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the financial management of funds for scien tific research projects in higher institutions.
