摘要
分析了目前高校科研经费核算与管理中存在的种种问题,并提出强化科研经费核算与管理的对策。
This paper analyzes on some problems existing in the current accounting and management of the scientific research funds in university, and advances some countermeasure for strengthening the accounting and management of the scientific research funds.
