摘要
日本历来重视经济情报的收集工作,第二次世界大战前就已经确立了制度化的国家情报体系,由政府和民间情报机构组成的情报网络无孔不入,情报的收集直接推动了经济的发展。近代日本轮船航运势力在中国的扩张和渗透就是直接建立在其严密而高效的情报活动基础之上的。本文以长江航路的调查和扩张为例,论述了积极的情报活动是日本航运势力在中国快速扩张的重要原因。
Japan always takes the economic intelligence work. Before the World War II, it already had established the institutional information system, collected the information by the government and non - government organizations, and improved the development of Japanese economy. The expansion of shipping industry between Japan and China is established by this system. This paper takes the case of Yangtze River route, and explains why elaborated the information activities can be a good reason to promote the Japanese shipping expands very fast in Modem China.
