摘要
基于苯酚—硫酸与糖的显色反应 ,提出了应用 H点标准加入法对己糖和戊糖进行同时测定的新方法。在最佳实验条件下 ,己糖和戊糖的测定线性范围分别为 0～ 12 .5 0 mg/ L和 0～ 10 .0 mg/ L。运用本法对合成样品和实际样品进行分析 。
Based on the colorimetric reaction of phenol\|sulfuric acid with sugar,a new type of method of simultaneous determination of hexose and pentose by using H\|point standard addition spectrophotometric method has been presented in this paper.In the optimum conditions,the linear determination ranges of hexose and pentose are 0～12\^50mg/L and 0～10\^0mg/L,respectively.It is showed that the method has always presented satisfied result when applied to synthetic and real samples.
