摘要
采用苯酚——硫酸比色法测定玫瑰花多糖含量。通过对玫瑰花样品不同的提取次数、固液比、提取时间、提取温度等因素进行研究,确定各因素最优条件:提取温度90℃,提取时间3h,固液比1:30,提取2次。玫瑰花中多糖含量为2.09%。
Phenol-sulfate acid assay was used to measure polysaccharide content of roses.We can determine optimal conditions of all factors through different experiments on extraction number, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature of rose samples. The optimal conditions of all factors: the extraction temperature is 90 ℃, extraction time is 3 h and the ratio of solid - liquid is 1:30, exttiraction number is 2. The polysaccharide content of the rose is 2.09 %.
