摘要
以三维设计软件Solidedge为平台,以某企业电动单梁半门式起重机为研究对象,参考现有同类型起重机的具体结构及功能,生成该起重机所有数字化虚拟零部件,对上述数字化虚拟零部件进行虚拟装配,构建其数字化虚拟样机,对该虚拟样机进行分析研究、性能评估和结构修改。在此基础上,生成该电动单梁半门式起重机所有非标零部件的二维制造工程图,从而完成对电动单梁半门式起重机的虚拟研究开发。
Crane is an efficient transport machinery. The traditional method of crane design is based on 2D CAD such as AutoCAD. With the development of the characteristics of the complexity to the current mechanical product design software using object-oriented program- ming approach, the design machinery can be simplified and achieve high universality. This paper covers 3D virtual design of a semi-gantry crane. The basic principles of Solidedge virtual development are conducted and 3D virtual design system is built. The idiographic design's process and methods are mentioned by using visual studio software.
