摘要 目的探讨Lenstar LS900与A超角膜测厚仪测量高度近视眼中央角膜厚度(CCT)的可重复性并比较其测量差异。方法选取健康志愿者30人(60眼)用Lenstar LS900重复测量CCT3次,以评价其测量中央角膜厚度的可重复性。随机选取角膜屈光手术术前近视-6D以上患者35例(70眼),分别用Lenstar LS900与A超角膜测厚仪依次重复测量CCT各3次,并对结果进行统计学分析。比较两种方法的一致性和相关性。结果 60只正常眼Lenstar LS900重复测量结果无统计学差异,测量角膜厚度重复性好。Lenstar LS900与A超测得的平均CCT分别为(538.32±13.15)μm、(535.39±31.17)μm,两种方法测量结果相比P>0.05。结论在测量高度近视眼CCT时,LenstarLS900安全、快捷,测量结果与目前公认的金标准A超的测量结果相近,可替换接触性测量仪A超使用。 Objective To investigate the repeatability of the measurement of central corneal thickness(CCT) for high mypopia by using Lenstar LS900 and ultrasonic pachymeter (USP), and compare the measurement differences of both divices. Methods CCT of 60 eyes from 30 normal volunteers was measured three times with the Lenstar LS900 to evaluate the repeatability. Thirty-five samples(70eyes) with high mypopia(〉-6 D) were selected randomly. The CCT was measured three times by using Lenstar LS900 and USP separately and then statistically analyzed. Then the corrdiance and relativity of both were analysed and compared. Results Repeated measures of corneal central thickness showed that the repeatability of the Lenstar LS900 measurements was higher (P〉0.05). Preoperatively, the value of corneal central thickness measured by Lenstar LS900 and ultrasonic pachymetry was (538.32±13.15) μm and(535.39±31.17)μm, respectively, there was no significant differences between the results of these two methods (P〉0.05). Conclusion The Lenstar LS900 offers an acceptable method for safe and fast evaluating corneal pachymetry in the measurement of central corneal thickness of high myopia. Ultrasonic pachymetry could be replaced by Lenstar LS900 for use.
