摘要
许多教育工作者都试图通过运用信息技术、创新教学模式等手段来提高教学质量。然而,影响教学质量的环境是多维、互动和变化的,需要我们以科学发展观为指导,运用系统方法处理教学质量问题。教育绩效技术本质上是一项提高教学质量的系统技术,该领域包括(但不限于)分析(Analysis)、设计(Design)、开发(Development)、实施(Implementation)和评价(Evaluation)等范畴(简称ADDIE),即以"适应经济社会需求、促进人的全面发展"为衡量教育教学质量的依据,找出绩效差距,分析差距成因;对症下药,设计和开发合适的改进方案;实施该方案,并对其效果进行评价。教育绩效技术要求教育组织内各部门的工作形成合力,注重综合治理(holistic approach),追求整体效应(synergistic effect),强调持续改进。教育绩效技术是在教育领域践行科学发展观的一个重要抓手。高校中的高教研究人员、远程开放教育研究人员、教育技术专家等应该是教育绩效技术专家,发挥教学系统工程指挥者的作用。
Many efforts have been made to pursue teaching excellence by ways such as integrating IT into the course and trying new models. However, instruction is influenced by environmental factors which are multi-dimensional, in- teractive and changing. The scientific approach to development advocates applying the system approach to solving in- structional problems. Educational performance technology is the study and practice of facilitating learning by analy- zing performance problems, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating both instructional and non-instruc- tional interventions. An educational pe^Sormance technologist keeps all the efforts Strategically aligned and adopts the holistic approach to getting the synergistic effect,to ensure that education develops in a sustainable way. Educational pet.formance technology is a way to implement the scientific approach to development in the field of education. Re- searchers and practitioners in the fields of higher education, open and distance learning and educational technology should take the responsibility for educational performance improvement.
