摘要
目的为了寻求统一的制定用水定额方法,研究了社会经济发展水平对城镇生活用水的影响.方法通过调查研究,对获得数据进行分析处理,并查询相关资料,综合分析,并就用水定额的制定给出了案例.结果二次平均法得出用水平均值为157.396 m3/床.a,由权重得到调节系数为0.83,从而给出基准定额计划指标为126 990 m3.结论经济不发达地区,居民用水存在诸多问题.经济发展水平的提高带来了居民用水的增长,但这种增长并不是无限制的同步增长.提出了合理的经济分区方案,由二次平均法及调节系数等计算出取水计划指标.
In order to seek a unified formulating water quota method,this paper studies the impact of social economic development level on urban water.Through the investigation and study,data analysis,as well as inquiry some information related,a comprehensive analysis is made.Using secondary average method,the average water usage is 157.396 m3/bed·d,adjustment coefficient is 0.83,and reference norm of planned used water is 126 990 m3.In the underdeveloped areas,resident water usage exists many problems.The raising of social economic development level brings out the increase amount of water usage,but this increase is not an unlimited synchronous growth.Finally,this paper puts forward a reasonable economic partition scheme,and gives a case about how to formulate the water quota.
