摘要
采用避暗回避反应实验和免疫组织化学相结合的方法 ,选用五个时间点 (即训练后 1 5min及 1 ,2 ,6,2 4 h)对 C- FOS在大鼠背海马结构的表达进行了观察。结果表明 ,训练后 1 5min,大鼠背海马各区 FOS样免疫阳性 ( FOS- like immunoreactive,FOS- LI)神经元数量开始增加 ,训练后 1 h达峰值 ,记忆唤醒也可诱导大鼠背海马各区 C- FOS的表达 ,提示学习和记忆过程与背海马内 C- FOS的表达密切相关。
With dark avoidance task and immunocytochemical method,the present study investigated the C FOS expression in dorsal hippocampal formation of rats at five different time points(15 min,1,2,6 and 24 h after training).The results showed that the number of FOS like immunoreactive neurons in dorsal hippocampal formation began to increase at 15 min,and the peak occurred at 1 hour after training,The C FOS expression was also activated by memory arouse.These results indicated that the C FOS expression involved in learning and memory processes.
