小麦日粮添加不同非淀粉多糖酶制剂对4-9W青年蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能及粗蛋白消化率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验以4-9周龄海兰褐青年蛋鸡为研究对象,研究了7家不同公司非淀粉多糖(non-starchpolysaccharides,NSP)酶制剂产品对饲喂小麦型日粮蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能及粗蛋白质消化率的影响,旨在为青年蛋鸡应用小麦日粮奠定基础。试验于蛋鸡21日龄时,选取体重相近的蛋鸡1 120只,随机分为8个处理,每个处理7个重复,每个重复20只鸡。不同处理蛋鸡分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型对照日粮及小麦型基础日粮+不同酶制剂产品的试验日粮,7种酶制剂中,4种为国产酶制剂,3种为进口酶制剂。结果显示:①饲喂对照组日粮与添加7种不同酶制剂产品的小麦日粮对青年蛋鸡生产性能的影响无显著差异(P>0.05);②饲喂对照组日粮与添加7种不同酶制剂产品的小麦日粮对青年蛋鸡ND、AIH5-4、AIH9抗体水平及T淋巴细胞转化率的影响无显著差异(P>0.05);③饲喂对照组日粮与添加7种不同酶制剂产品的小麦日粮对青年蛋鸡日粮粗蛋白消化率产生了显著影响(P<0.05),与对照组相比,仅有1组日粮粗蛋白消化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其余各组与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05),上述结果表明,青年蛋鸡小麦日粮中添加上述7种酶制剂产品中的6种均能使小麦日粮达到与玉米-豆粕型日粮相当的饲养效果。 This trial was conducted to determine the effects of 7 non-starch polysaeeharides (NSP) fill-- zvmes from 7 different companies in wheat based diets on the performance, immune function and diges- lion of crude prutein in 4-9 weeks hv-line hrown layers. At 21 days old. 1 120 layers with similar body weights were randomly arranged into 8 treatments with 7 replicates of 20 chicks. The layers were fed with eorn-soybean based diet and wheat based diels supplemented 7 different NSP enzymes. Among 7 NSP enzymes, 4 of them eame from domeslie companies, and 3 of Ihem came from foreign eompanies, The results showed: ① the effects of corn-soybean based diet on growing "layers" performance had no significant difference with that of wheat based diets supplemented 7 different enzymes (P〉0.05): ② the effects of corn-soybean based diet on the antibody levels of ND, AIH5-4. AIH9 and the T lymphocyte transformation rates had no significant difference with that of wheat based diets supplemented 7 different enzymes(P〉0.05): ③ the effects of corn-soybean based diet and wheat based diels supplemented 7 different enzymes on crude prolein digestion of diets in growing layers had significant differenees(P〈0.05), the crude protein digestion of wheat based diet with one NSP enzwne was significantly lower than that of eorn-soy- bean based diet (P〈0.05). but there were no differences in crude protein tligestion between corn-soybeanbased diet anti wheat hased diets with other NSP enzymes. The resuhs indicated that 6 of 7 NSP en- zymes could make the feeding effect of wheat based diet reach that of corn-soyhean hased diet.
