摘要
本文简要论述了双歧杆菌生物学特性与人体健康的关系,及开发利用双歧杆菌产品和双歧杆菌生长因子,为乳品和保健食品提供了可靠的理论依据。
This paper states the relations between biological features of Bifidobacterium and its affections to human bod.And the thesis also states how to make use of growth factor of Bifidobacterium to emploder products of Bifidobacterium.All these contents offer trusty evidences to productions of milk and health caring products.
