摘要
为了规范涉诉信访行为,保障司法独立和提高行政机关的工作效率,本文就法院外其它机关接受的涉诉信访应当严格遵守的转送程序及相关机制提出了若干建议与思考。
In order to guide the petitions and visits involving lawsuits,ensure the judicial independence, and improve the work efficiency of the administrative agencies,this paper puts forward suggestions of the transfer procedure and related mechanism that the other administrative agencies except courts should follow strictly when they handle the petitions and visits involving lawsuits.
