摘要
农村基层党组织是党对农村工作领导的组织保证,是党联系广大农民群众的桥梁和纽带,是农村各种组织和各项工作的领导核心,是贯彻科学发展观的实践者。新时期新阶段农村基层党组织如何应对新挑战,研究新情况,解决新问题,关系着农村社会的改革、发展和稳定,关系着党在农村执政地位的巩固,关系着社会主义新农村建设的成败。从加强基层党组织的组织建设、作风建设、制度建设,特别是思想建设着手,探讨并提出了贴近农村实际的、具有可操作性的、切实可行的加强农村基层党组织建设的对策、建议与思考。
The CPC＇s primary party organization has the leadership in countryside,which bridges the Party and the mass as the leading core of the various organizations and the main practitioners of the scientific outlook on development theory.It has much to do with the reform,development and stability of the rural community,with the enhancement of the CPC＇s leadership and the success or failure of the new rural construction.The paper focused on the enhancement of CPC＇s rural primary party organizations in the background of the socialist new rural community construction.It explored and discussed the practical suggestions on the organization construction,working-style construction and system construction,especially ideological construction.
