摘要
以中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）和中文科技期刊全文数据库2000～2009年＂专利战略＂目录下检索到的核心期刊论文为样本文献,从专利战略理论体系研究、专利战略相关关系研究、专利战略管理研究、相关领域专利战略研究四大方面分析国内专利战略研究的学术动态,对研究进展和热点问题进行综述,对国内专利战略研究的趋势进行预测和分析。
Based on the data bank of both China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） and Chinese Scientific Journal,this paper aims to retrieve and study the literatures on patent strategy from 2000 to 2009 in China. The academic development of patent strategy in China is examined from four aspects：the theoretical system,correlation studies,strategic management and research of related fields of patent strategy. The main research progresses and hot issues of patent strategy in recent years in China are summarized,and the further research trend is also predicted and analyzed.
