摘要
南京走新型工业化道路应该重视知识产权 ,因为知识产权是推动南京科技创新、提升城市竞争力、应对经济国际化和全球化的动力。本文对南京知识产权的现状和存在问题用统计数据进行了分析 ,建议南京采取提高城市的知识产权意识、建立知识产权战略体系、企业成为技术创新和知识产权保护的主体、加强知识产权工作体系建设、营造良好的知识产权法制环境。
Nanjing must put importance on intellectual property during its new industrial process, for intellectual property is vital to for Nanjing to push its technological innovation, improve its competitive ability and face the economic internationalization and globalization. This paper analyzes Nanjing's intellectual property condition with statistical data. Some measures, including setting up intellectual property system, strengthening intellectual property protection and training more workers on intellectual property, are put forward.
