摘要
目的:了解综合医院护士对抑郁症的认知状况,为提高护士对心理疾病的病情观察能力,确保患者安全提供依据。方法:对181名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:能够将问卷中CCMD-3抑郁症常见9项诊断标准全部选对的护士仅有4人(2.26%),能够识别抑郁症睡眠障碍特征的仅有3人(1.66%);掌握心理危机干预国际通用六步法的仅有6人(3.31%);认为综合医院护士需要掌握抑郁症观察和识别技术的为167人(92.27%)。结论:综合医院护士对常见抑郁症的观察和识别能力较低,应加强其心理疾病知识和识别技能的培训,早期识别、诊疗抑郁症患者,保障患者安全。
Objectives： To understand general hospital nurse＇s cognition of depression symtom, to improve nurses＇ observation skills of patients＇ psychological disease, and to provide reference for safety care. Methods： Totally 181 clinical nurses were investigated by the questionnaire. Results： Only 4 nurses （2.26%） could choose the right answer of 9 common depression diagnostic criteria in CCMD-3, and 3 nurses （1.66%） could recognize the sleep disorder of depression. Only 6 nurses （3.31%） mastered the international universal six steps of psychological crisis intervention.167 nurses （92.27%） thought that they need to master depression observation and recognition technology. Conclusion： General hospital nurses＇ observation and recognition ability of common depression symptom is relatively low. We should strengthen the nurses＇ training of psychological disease knowledge and recognition skills to achieve the goals of early recognition, diagnosis, and treatment and to ensurepatientssafety.
