摘要
神经症约占内科普通门诊的12%,其中神经衰弱比例在我国仍是显著的,他们多以躯体不适就诊。通过对神经症病人自身认识,求治过程及转诊问题和劳动能力损伤等问题评定的调查提示在综合医院设立精神科,对医务人员普及加强精神病学训练,在神经症病人中普及精神卫生知识是很必要的。
In the current study,the rate of neurosis in 2377 out-patients in a generalinternal clinic of a general hospital,the 3rd Teaching Hospital of BMU,was found to be about12%,in which neurasthenia was the most common sub-type.The chief complaint of mostneurosis was various physical symptoms.Based on an interview for the neurosis pts′attituteand perception towards neurosis,their care-seeking,referral process and the impairement ofworking function,authors suggest that it is urgent to set up psychiatric department in generalhospital and to develop public education on mental health as well.
