摘要
为降低丙烯酰胺生产中反应液浓缩过程的能耗,采用将90℃反应液与40℃浓缩液直接混合,在6.0~7.0 kPa条件下对42℃的混合液进行闪蒸的工艺设计。在该工艺设计条件下,反应液中丙烯酰胺的质量浓度由40%提高到50%丙烯腈的质量浓度由10%降低到3 000μg/g,与将混合液加热工艺设计相比,闪蒸器体积减少29.7%,浓缩液循环量降低56.5%,热水用量减少200 t/h。
To reduce energy consumption of concentration process for reaction solution during producing acrylamide ,flashing distillation process under 6. 0 -7. 0 kPa for mixed reaction solution of 42℃ is designed by directly mixing the reaction solutions of 90℃and concentration solutions of 40℃. Under the designing process conditions, the concentration of acrylamide in the reaction solution is increased from 40% from 50%. The concentration of acrylonitrile is decreased to 3 000 μg/g. Compared with the heating process of reaction solution, the volume of flashing evaporator and the amount of cycled concentrated solution reduces by 29. 7% and 56. 5% ,respectively. The consumption of hot reduce 200 t/h as well.
