国内埋藏式心脏转复除颤器临床应用面临的问题 被引量：4

摘要 国内埋藏式心脏转复除颤器(ICD)临床应用率很低。存在的问题主要包括医生对ICD适应证不知晓、过分相信其他疗法在预防心脏性猝死中的作用、患者对心脏性猝死缺乏了解,医疗保险报销比例太低、如何筛选高危患者和ICD的使用寿命和更换问题等。并对相应的问题提出了诸如扩大适应证宣传等解决策略。
